Sensitively converting a grade 2 listed building, previous used for commercial activities, into 3 Town Houses, an office and a beautiful galleried 2nd floor apartment.
Castle Rising Road
The project was to build a structure over an existing outside swimming pool and to extend the existing dwelling to include an open plan kitchen and garden room.
Massingham
Renovation of three bathrooms, involving extensive strip outs, room preperation and a complete refit of new bathroom suites.
Victorian Flooring
Customer wanted their old carpet removed to open up the hallway. The carpet was removed and skirting taken off. Floor was prepared, new Victorian tiles were laid and new skirting was fixed to give the edges a clean finish
Bathroom Renovation
A bathroom fully transformed! Old suite stripped out, section of rotten floor replaced and made safe, new suite reconfigured and installed, floor and walls fully tiled with integrated mirror over sink. Whole job fully project managed.
Town House Renovation
A newly converted two bedroom townhouse set in a Grade II Listed building situated down King Street.
Townhouse 1 has accommodation comprising of an entrance hall, open plan kitchen, sitting and dining room on the ground floor; together with a landing, two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. There is electric central heating throughout. The kitchen has been designed with a wide range of cupboard space, and a breakfast bar for informal dining and entertaining.
